Machinist- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts

In the role of  Machinist (Maintenance Machine Repair) working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the skilled trades team in Brewery Operations.  You will be responsible for set-up, repair, adjustment, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and rebuilding of packaging equipment. You will support the packaging team on allocated lines and shifts to maintain optimum equipment reliability, availability, output rate, and quality at the lowest cost.

This position reports to Asset Care Manager and works closely with our Brewery Workers, Mechanics, and Electricians.

50 differential for 2nd shift & .Monday through Friday; Monday evening through Saturday morning; Maintain the equipment in the assigned area in reliable condition
Dismantle, inspect, and rebuild mechanical assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications or production requirements
Works as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member
Documents all work performed using the current maintenance computer system & uses this information to make decisions to improve the reliability of the equipment and process
You have a high school diploma or a GED and you are at least 21 years of age
Have completed State of Wisconsin indentured apprentice program in Machine Repair, Machinist, Maintenance Mechanic, Tool and Die, or equivalent
This position will work on the 2nd or 3rd shift; Demonstrated skills in machining and fabricating, such as mills, lathes and other shop equipment
Ability to read equipment assembly drawings
You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
