Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health Care - Full Time

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family! We provide an environment where you can expand your nursing skills, grow professionally and individually, and feel appreciated for the work you are doing. We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home!

SIGN ON BONUS:

Full-time (30 hours or more a week) - $3,000.00 Part-time (29 hours or less a week) - $2,000.00 Case #1: 9 year old male/ Gbutton / Monday - Friday 7am-7pm and Wednesday - Thursday 7pm - 7am / 78610 Case #2: 18 year old female / Gbutton / Monday - Friday 7am-7pm & Weekends 8 to 10 hour shifts / 78610 Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.

• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

Active LVN License or RN License
