HR Generalist - Employee Relations and Compliance
Unique Vacations, Inc.
Unique Vacations, Inc., an affiliate of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join its Miami-based in‑house team.
The role covers full cycle HR including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and HRIS tasks. A Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least 3 years HR experience with recruitment is preferred; ADP Workforce Now experience and SHRM-CP/PHR are a plus.
