Full-time Senior Tax Preparer

Our growth is your opportunity for growth! We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our team in Manhattan. You will provide services to predominantly US-inbound international businesses in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Prepare and review Federal and state corporate and partnership tax returns
Assist with the preparation and review of income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740
Act as a point of contact for clients, answering ad-hoc tax-related inquiries, handling notices, and addressing client requests
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of work while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality
Perform technical tax research on a variety of Federal, state, and international tax topics
Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations; perform in-depth tax search, deliver timely and high-quality services that exceed client expectations
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff associates and interns
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in federal and state income tax, including experience in public accounting
BA/BS degree in Accounting, or Master's degree in Accounting/Taxation
CCH Axcess tax experience
Excellent research, writing and communication skills in English
Strong corporate tax compliance and tax provision experience
CPA license or similar certification
