Head of Sales Management

Performance-based commissions
Flexible Work Schedule : Can accommodate midweek appointments
Local business with an owner who works alongside the team each day
Ongoing training and career development
Dedicated Help Lines : Technician Support Team on call to assist to questions
Visit sites to provide paint estimation using PEP software
Provide excellent customer service and communication.
Manage the sales flow for 10-15 customers per week
Serve as a point of contact for customers
Complete necessary administrative paperwork
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Attend weekly review meetings as scheduled and report into management
Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of job-related work experience
Basic computer and software skills are needed
