We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care and services to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medications
Act as a role model and mentor to other nursing staff
Current LPN licensure in the State of Missouri

Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
