Media & Marketing Copywriter

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Marketing Contract Writer to support its Enterprise Marketing and Communications team. This highly visible contract role will partner with communications and business leaders across the organization to develop compelling content that elevates the brand, supports executive visibility, and drives engagement with key audiences. Develop high-quality communications across a variety of formats and audiences, including executive thought leadership, speech outlines, talking points, media materials, social content, digital copy, video content, presentations, and internal communications

Partner with communications and business leaders across the organization to understand objectives and translate them into compelling, audience-focused content

Support senior executives with thought leadership content, speeches, talking points, and other executive communications

Create content that elevates the brand, increases executive visibility, and drives engagement with associates, customers, media, and the broader marketplace

Develop media relations, public relations, and content marketing materials that support broader enterprise communications initiatives

Adapt writing style, tone, and messaging for different audiences, leaders, platforms, and communication channels

Develop digital, social, video, and presentation content in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Collaborate across a large organization and manage multiple high-impact communications projects and priorities

3-5 years of professional writing, communications, marketing, public relations, or related experience

Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills across multiple formats and audiences

Experience supporting senior executives with thought leadership content, speeches, talking points, or executive communications

Strong understanding of media relations, public relations, and content marketing

Ability to understand complex subject matter and translate it into clear, compelling, audience-focused content

Experience developing digital, social, video, and presentation content in a fast-paced environment

A portfolio with strong professional writing samples

Onsite, Downtown Indianapolis

Laptop/Software Requirements: Hourly Pay Rate: $35-$40/Hour DOE
