Physician Recruiter (Flex)

Correct Care Inc. is hiring an onsite Physician Recruiter / Healthcare Recruiter in Knoxville, TN (in-person). This is a full-cycle recruiting role with strong base pay plus uncapped commission , bonus and incentive opportunities, and health benefits alongside paid time off. On-target expectations include meeting recruiting and placement goals, with targets that can increase based on performance. You will be supported by the company’s CRM process, including tracking candidate activity in ACT , while also partnering internally to help staff Emergency Departments, Urgent Care centers, and Hospitalist programs.

Responsibilities Own full-cycle physician recruiting: source, screen, recruit, close, and place providers

Build a strong pipeline through cold call, text, email, and networking

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians nationwide

Maintain accurate candidate activity in the company CRM (ACT)

Occasionally attend local and national conventions and conferences, and conduct site visits to hospitals in prospective states

Support staffing needs for Emergency Departments , Urgent Care centers , and Hospitalist programs

Partner with internal teams to fill open shifts and provider positions

Meet and exceed recruiting and placement goals

Requirements Proven track record in recruiting, healthcare recruiting, staffing, or high-volume sales

Experience in physician recruiting , medical recruiting , or healthcare staffing is a major plus

Ability to work onsite in the Knoxville, TN office
