Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas according to recipes and customer preferences
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as pasta making, bread baking, and sauce preparation
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and consistency
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Experience in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine
Ability to manage food costs and portion control effectively
Excellent knife skills and experience with fryers
Certification as an Executive Chef
Experience with buffet and meal planning
Knowledge of front of house operations
Experience with salad preparation and dishwashing
Education in Culinary Arts
Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour
