Deployment Strategist

Activation Strategist; Latcha's Marketing Intelligence organization comprises several key roles:

Planning: Drives campaign success through opportunity identification, competitive analysis, and strategic development across audience, channel, and creative.
Transforms data into actionable insights to guide client decision-making.
Performance Reporting & Visualization: Data Science: Develops predictive models and personalization strategies using advanced techniques like machine learning and NLP.
Activation Strategy: Serves as the tactical engine of execution—bringing strategy to life through campaign deployment, workflow design, and cross-functional coordination.
As an Activation Strategist, you will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels. You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, analysts, and account teams to ensure campaigns are flawlessly deployed, optimized, and aligned with client goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing technology and performance. As an Activation Strategist, you'll be instrumental in turning strategic vision into tangible results. Build and deploy campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, and MessageBird.
Partner with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with creative, strategic, and analytical goals.
Communicate deployment timelines, requirements, and performance insights to stakeholders.
Support education efforts around deployment best practices and platform capabilities.
Contribute to A/B testing strategies and personalization initiatives.
2+ years of experience in campaign execution or marketing operations.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, dynamic content, and personalization strategies.
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM compliance and digital communication standards.
• Expert level skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the Automotive, CRM, and/or Media sectors. Business Consulting: Ability to communicate campaign deployment best practices and methodologies. Requirements Gathering Experience: Comfortable designing, documenting, and working with offshore teams to implement marketing programs.
