The Cleveland Clinic's Endoscopy Department at Avon Hospital provides comprehensive care for digestive system disorders using advanced endoscopic techniques. They offer a range of procedures, including colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and bariatric endoscopy, with a focus on minimally invasive options and patient comfort. The department is staffed by highly trained specialists and utilizes the latest technology to ensure high-quality diagnosis and treatment. As an RN on this team, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.
A caregiver in this role works day/evening/night/weekend shifts from 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. with weekend requirements.
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
