Cost Accountant | Greenwood, IN (Onsite) | $90-105K

Hands-on exposure to Epicor ERP and operational financial data
Opportunity to bring ideas forward and drive real process improvements
Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of a cost accounting system
Analyze product costs, inventory, and manufacturing variances
Partner with operations to improve cost efficiency and reporting accuracy
Leverage Epicor to enhance reporting, tracking, and financial insights
Manufacturing accounting experience (required)
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory processes
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements
