As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the engine of studio growth — driving revenue, building
community partnerships, and leading a team that delivers an exceptional client experience.

Own membership sales and consistently push the studio toward new growth milestones
Build relationships across the Bethany community — businesses, events, networking groups, and more
Execute creative marketing campaigns and promotions, BOTH digital and in person that get people talking
Lead, coach, and inspire Sales Associates
Keep our CRM, operations, and studio systems running smoothly
This role is 80–90% sales-focused, perfect for someone who loves the chase, loves the close,
You love building
relationships, you’re organized and data-minded, and you’re passionate about wellness and
helping people feel their best.

2+ years of sales experience (membership sales = a huge plus)

• Strong communication skills across phone, text, email, and inperson
• A flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends)
• A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and improving quality of life
