General Production Laborers - 1st & 2nd Shifts

General Production Worker (1st or 2nd Shift) ($17-18/hr.)
We have multiple openings for General Production Workers across different shifts. Join our team to work in a clean and laid-back environment where your attention to detail and production skills will be put to use. Positions are available for both 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM). We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. For Gluing Operator: Apply beads of glue to wires, ensure quality standards, and use hands and feet to operate machinery.
For Shelling Cables: Connect cables to a circuit board, apply plastic coverings, and assemble cable pieces as directed.
For Housing Cable Assembly: Insert wires into plastic housing, crimp wires, and complete daily work orders.
Experience in assembly or production line work.
Proficiency in small part assembly.
Visual inspection capabilities and high attention to detail.
Experience working with cables and electronics is a plus.

This production-based environment features a clean workspace where you will join 12 other team members, all seated at workstations. The workflow follows a sequence, starting with crimping, moving to housing cable assemblies, then shelling cables, and finally gluing. It is crucial for each team member to maintain productivity to ensure a smooth production flow.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.
