Head of Product Management and

Product Manager
Location: PLYMOUTH, MN - 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $60/hr to $70/hr on W2
Support day-to-day product management activities across commercial, marketing, and product teams
Assist with development, review, and execution of marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities
Coordinate cross-functional requests to ensure timely execution of business priorities
Develop and maintain comprehensive launch project plans, timelines, and milestones
Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within regulated industries
Proven experience supporting product launches in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities
