We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer (Entry-Level) to join our team in Puerto Rico. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in civil engineering while contributing to a variety of infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in design, analysis, field support, and project documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring civil engineer to gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects in Puerto Rico.
Build analytic and design skills through support of civil engineering projects.
Conduct engineering design tasks under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Collect and analyze data to support engineering studies, design development, and project delivery.
Use computer software and engineering tools to solve basic engineering problems.
Support preparation of technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
Assist with field work such as site visits, observations, inspections, sampling, and data collection as required.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support design and construction efforts.
Participate in project meetings and communicate progress to senior staff as needed.
Assignments may involve both office-based design work and occasional field activities.
The role requires adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and safety practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Strong interest in civil infrastructure design, analysis, and field work.
Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team.
Familiarity with civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar tools is preferred.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally in a consulting or project-based environment.
Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in civil engineering.
Exposure to roadways, drainage, water/wastewater, site development, transportation, or related infrastructure projects.
