Head of E-Commerce (Remote)

Data-driven and strategic, the full-time remote Director of Ecommerce will manage the end-to-end customer journey, focusing on conversion rate optimization, subscription retention, and pricing strategy while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

Design and execute a comprehensive CRO testing roadmap to enhance conversion rates and average order value

Develop and implement strategies to improve subscription retention, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value through effective communication and testing

Lead pricing strategy initiatives, optimizing margins and conversions through well-designed pricing tests

Required qualifications

10+ years of experience in ecommerce, subscription/retention, or growth marketing within DTC consumer brands

Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, ReCharge, and various testing and upsell tools

Proven track record of designing and interpreting statistically sound CRO and upsell tests

Working knowledge of dunning management tactics for reducing involuntary churn

Strong understanding of pricing strategy and margin optimization supported by data-driven decision-making
