Power Home Loans is seeking a Head of Loan Officer Recruiting to lead our national recruiting efforts.

This is not a traditional HR role.

This is a sales and growth position responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented Loan Officers who align with our culture and growth vision.

The ideal candidate is competitive, driven, highly organized, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Develop and execute a scalable Loan Officer recruiting strategy

Source, recruit, and attract producing Loan Officers across multiple markets

Build and manage a structured recruiting pipeline

Partner with executive leadership on recruiting goals and growth initiatives

Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve recruiting performance

Help establish recruiting systems, processes, and best practices as the company scales nationally

Recruiting experience and/or a proven sales background with documented performance

Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills

Mortgage industry experience

Experience recruiting Loan Officers

Existing network within the mortgage industry
