What You Will Do

Troubleshoot systems failing factory test or fielded hardware, identify failure cause, document, disposition hardware for repair.

Design advanced electro‑optical solutions for defense systems.

Perform hands‑on lab work in analog/digital electronics, including troubleshooting and system integration.

Utilize industry‑standard CAE tools and EE lab equipment for design, simulation, testing.

Conduct circuit analysis, component selection, root‑cause analysis with corrective actions.

Document design approaches, test results, technical issues in a structured manner.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support supplier interactions, contribute to design reviews.

Qualifications You Must Have

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in fault isolation/root‑cause correct action with complex electronic systems.

Qualifications We Prefer

Travel to support SIL/Aircraft integration and test events.

Experience in a lab environment with standard EE lab equipment (e.g., Vector Network Analyzer, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, DMMs, signal sources).

Exceptional communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.

Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100 (USD). Compensation considered based on role, function, responsibilities, experience, location, education, skills.
