Assisting residents with requests in the clubhouse.Monitoring the clubhouse to ensure residents and guests follow facility rules and procedures.Assisting residents with clubhouse equipment.Exceeding resident expectations by delivering exceptional service.Offering recommendations on local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.Listening to resident requests, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.Performing office duties when needed.Carrying out tasks requested by the Community Director.At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience.Flexibility with schedule, with availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.General knowledge of computers and computer programs.Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, filing, and organizational skills.
