We are looking for a dynamic PM Busser/Food Expo to provide excellent service to all of our customers in our fine dining dinner service. The Busser/Food Expo enjoys creating a first class experience in our restaurant with a passion for both people and delicious food.

Assist the culinary team with managing incoming tickets checking food orders, preparation and presentation prior to food going out

Run food to correct tables/seat numbers and respond to guest needs/requests

Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction

Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments

Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" policies.

Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
