Part Time Front Desk Receptionist at Dance Studio

Production Company Dance Centre in Longmont, CO, is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Administrator to support daily studio operations and create a welcoming, positive experience for our families and staff.
This role is the first point of contact for our studio and plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Saturday availability preferred

Manage student enrollments, scheduling, and account updates
Provide excellent customer service to families, students, and staff
Support studio communication and assist with marketing initiatives
Assist with both short- and long-term studio projects
Maintain organization of front desk systems and daily operations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Experience working with children and families preferred
A love for dance and enthusiasm for young dancers
