What We Are Looking For
Professional Cleaning Experience: A background in professional cleaning is required. We also offer all necessary training and continuing education to maintain our high standards for organic cleaning services.
Reliability & Motivation: We are seeking self-starters who take initiative and are committed to delivering excellent service.
Must-Have Requirements:
A reliable vehicle to commute from one client’s home to another
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to pass a drug and background check
What You’ll Do
Perform residential and light office cleaning services with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
Follow established cleaning procedures and maintain high standards of quality
Travel to various homes and offices in the local area
Represent The Organic Maids professionally and positively
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday
8-hour shifts, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM
