Conduct both standard and complex clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols.
Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as the situation demands.
Meticulously document all procedures, guide new staff or students, and aid in maintaining lab quality standards.
Ensure that a clean and safe workspace is preserved while respecting regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
