We're seeking an Advanced Systems Engineer to support the development, verification, qualification, and integration of advanced undersea maritime systems. In this role, you'll work within a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for developing test programs, validating system and subsystem requirements, and supporting the lifecycle of complex electrical and optical systems.

This role places you at the center of complex product development efforts, where you'll help ensure systems meet customer requirements, performance objectives, and operational needs. You'll play a key role in requirements management, testing, qualification, and systems integration across advanced maritime programs.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested.

• Support electrical and optical system design, integration, and qualification efforts.
• Support transition of new products from development into manufacturing.
• Analyze system performance, test results, and verification data to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Develop technical documentation, test procedures, requirements specifications, and engineering reports.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Product Development, Test Engineering, Integration Engineering, or related technical environments with a Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of experience supporting system integration, qualification testing, validation, or product verification activities.
• 2+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams consisting of systems, electrical, software, mechanical, or manufacturing engineers.
• 2+ years of experience supporting technical documentation, engineering specifications, or test procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.

Experience with electrical system design and qualification.
Experience supporting new product development and transition to manufacturing.
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and technical standards.
Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and adapt to increasingly complex engineering challenges.
Collaborative mindset with proven success working across engineering disciplines.
Overtime: May be required based on project schedules and program milestones.
Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a secret DoD security clearance.
