The Human Resources Manager partners with business leaders to support associates, drive HR initiatives, and impact the business across the region. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being a trusted advisor to leadership. Supports the internal talent acquisition process.
monitors career‑path program and employee relations counseling; Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an HR business partner and/or HR generalist.
Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
Results‑oriented professional with verbal and written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion, as well as customer service skills.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team.
Undertakes analysis and investigation to solve issues.
