As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Contribute to positive patient outcomes and quality-of-care initiatives

Current and unrestricted California Physical Therapist License required

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred

Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
