Bartender - Evening - Hotel Bar

Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional hospitality team member to deliver an excellent beverage experience for guests in a fast-paced hotel environment. The ideal candidate enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing a variety of drinks with consistency, and providing outstanding service that enhances the guest experience.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests at the bar, lounge, and other assigned service areas.
Take accurate drink and food orders, process payments, and handle transactions responsibly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout each shift.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests with professionalism and care.
Verify legal drinking age and follow all alcohol service policies and applicable regulations.
Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support smooth service operations.
Restock supplies, manage inventory needs, and communicate shortages or maintenance concerns as needed.
Adhere to safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Help create a positive and inviting atmosphere that reflects the property’s service standards.
Qualifications

Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred, especially in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Ability to accurately handle cash and card transactions.
Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and local regulations.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and reaching.
