Job Summary

This individual will manage the food service operation and maintain established costs and quality standards in order to ensure superior service and maximize profits. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating the tasks of the Assistant Directors and Operations Managers

Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising functions and activities of the department

Establishing work standards and work flow

Establishing and implementing policies and procedures for departmental operations

Directing and conducting safety, sanitation and community maintenance programs

Maintaining excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation

Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills

Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff

Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
