Summary
Part-time Client Advisor role focused on delivering exceptional, personalized service to a luxury clientele at the Oak Brook store. The advisor will build and maintain long‑term client relationships using in‑house clienteling tools, advise clients across product categories, and tailor experiences to meet individual needs. Success is measured by achieving individual and team sales objectives while deepening client engagement.
Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador and deliver memorable, personalized client experiences
Achieve individual and team sales goals
Advise clients across the brand and all product categories
Learn and master product and brand knowledge
Leverage clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long‑term relationships
Requirements
Previous retail experience, preferably in a high‑end or luxury environment, or strong background in a customer‑centric role
Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset
Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and a willingness to learn
Availability to work a part‑time schedule
