The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and will have a proven track record in civil litigation and legal writing.o 401(k) o Dental insurance o Disability insurance o Health insurance o Life insurance o On-site gym o Paid time offJob DetailsResponsibilities:Manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, arguing motions, and trial work.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents related to personal injury, construction defect, and product liability.Conduct thorough case investigations, legal research, and analysis.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients and ensure that clients receive the highest quality service.Represent the interests of the client in court and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government.Work closely with other attorneys on legal projects.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation, specifically personal injury, construction defect, and product liability.Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney to further their career in a challenging and rewarding environment.
