In this full-time, first-shift position at a lively community hospital situated in a thrilling vicinity by the coast, you will play a key role in delivering transformative diagnostic results. Conduct routine and complex clinical lab testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering to established protocols.
Analyze test results critically for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Assist with specimen collection and process samples for analysis when required.
Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean, safe workplace while complying with both regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
