Inventory Order Processor

established in 1993, is a privately held corporation headquartered at Irwindale, California, only 15 minutes away from downtown Los Angeles. The Company is a pioneer in the research and development of one-step rapid membrane tests. It has been designated a registered GMP facility for in vitro diagnostic medical devices by the FDA.
Process external customer purchase orders or other forms of commitments
- Respond to customer email inquiries and requests
- Take down customer information in order to process order.
- Input data into computer.
- Input orders into database.Inform customer of expected delivery date.
- Check inventory control.
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents.
- Have parcel picked up by shipping company.
- 2-3 years experience (preferred) in order processing, customer service or related experience
- High level of computer literacy
- Must be customer-retention focused
