Job Overview The Business Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the eligibility and Value‑Added Services (VAS) teams, taking direction from MSO management and delegating tasks to individual teams to ensure efficient completion. The coordinator oversees projects that improve workflows and strategy for the Eligibility and VAS teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate all eligibility functional, technical and operational activities of the department.

Ensure all eligibility‑related CRMs are worked by the team within appropriate timelines.

Answer eligibility‑related questions from other departments.

Act as liaison between the Enrollment Broker, HHSC, Dental and Pharmacy vendors on all eligibility and enrollment matters.

Ensure staff compliance with HHSC contractual requirements and URAC standards.

Collaborate with management to increase eligibility and enrollment metrics by identifying trends, communicating changes, and driving the feedback process.

Analyze reports, understand trends, forecast changes and develop action plans in response.

Assist the Tapestry team and Data Integrity to ensure eligibility files are generated and loaded in a timely manner.

Assist with execution, accountability, and budgetary requirements of the Value‑Added Services Program, including research and analysis of current and future VAS.

Ensure all VAS‑related CRMs are worked by the team within appropriate timelines.

Answer VAS‑related questions from other departments.

Assist with oversight of the VAS program.

Assist with obtaining and negotiating VAS contracts.

Assist with analyzing ROI and utilization data to determine viability of each benefit.

Assist with development of HHSC templates and comparison charts for each line of business.

Assist with researching new VAS benefit opportunities, including projecting potential ROI.

General Duties Perform all other tasks as assigned by upper management or the Director of Member Services and Outreach.

Maintain utmost confidentiality at all times.

Adhere to Health System and Health Plan policies and procedures.

Demonstrate ethical business practices and personal actions that align with corporate compliance and integrity guidelines.

Qualifications Prefer Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university and a minimum of 2–3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum two years in data analytics or reporting.

Prefer one year of Managed Care experience.

Prefer two years of SQL/database experience.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
