Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin has an opportunity for a BC/BE Urologist who is eager to participate in a multi-specialty group practice that provides patient-centered care rooted in evidence-based medicine. Comfortable shared 1:4 rotating call schedule Well-supported by APC providers Da Vinci Xi robot, Ambulatory Surgery Center Busy department with high patient volumes Team collaboration w/complete radiology and lab, 24/7 Interventional Radiology support We strongly encourage our physicians to be involved in medical education and research to continue building our strong foundation of patient care, research and education for years to come.

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

Sanford Health Marshfield Clinic is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. This may qualify you for additional state and/or federal education loan forgiveness programs.
