Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—following established protocols.
Ensure the reliability of results through diligent analysis, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
Assist in specimen collection and pre-test preparations when necessary.
Document processes in detail, mentor newcomers, and uphold our rigorous lab quality standards.
Maintain a safe and orderly working space while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to promote effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and accurate documentation.
