COMPENSATION AND BONUSES

Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.

Monthly Performance Bonuses : Sign‑On Bonus : Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses : Earn pay for providing supervision hours to RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA.

Certification Bonuses : Relocation Packages : Boost retirement potential.

Remote Work Benefit : Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.

Schedule : Monday‑Friday daytime hours.

Paid Time Off : Almost 30 days off in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

Caseload : Support up to 8 children.

Center Leadership Path : BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Training & Development : Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training.

Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, additional funds for external training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
