As a Flex Security Ambassador , there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Site Location: Flex Schedule, Morning, Evening, and Overnight Shifts

Manage access control

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
