As a Plumbing Instructor, you’ll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works — not just how it looks in a book.
Teach hands-on Plumbing skills using real equipment and real scenarios
Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team
No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support .
High School Diploma or GED
At least 3 years of hands-on Plumbing experience
Formal and on-the-job training to become an instructor
