12pm - 12am, every other weekend and holiday.

Requirements

Current nursing license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an emergency or critical care setting preferred.
Responsibilities

Provide initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional health.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient responses to care and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
Triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on the severity of illness or injury.
Assist in resuscitation, stabilization, and advanced life support procedures during emergencies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
Compliance / Notes
On-call per unit needs, with 36 hours not guaranteed. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to one 12-hour shift per 2-week pay period.
