A strong background in operations leadership, particularly within a professional services organization, is essential, with a preference for those who have experience in a founder-led or entrepreneurial setting.
Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of progressive operations leadership experience and a proven track record of improving business operations to support growth. Key qualifications include experience in HR operations, and compliance, and a background in the military or veteran community is highly valued. The successful candidate will be expected to lead significant operational initiatives, enhance organizational performance, and build a scalable operational foundation.
