Job Title: HR Assistant (Temporary, Onsite)

Assignment Type: Contract, 1-month assignment (onsite)

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), 40 hours per week. Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Our client is a well-established organization with a large national workforce and a professional corporate office environment. The HR team is small and collaborative, supporting employees across multiple locations.

We're seeking a temporary HR Assistant to support a short-term records project within a busy Human Resources department. You'll review and verify confidential personnel files while assisting the team with a variety of day-to-day administrative needs. Review confidential employee records for completeness and accuracy
Convert paper documents into electronic files using scanners and copiers
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
6 to 12 months of experience as an HR Assistant in an onsite, corporate setting
Hands-on experience reviewing or auditing confidential employee files
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Overtime is unlikely and requires prior approval
