The call coverage is 24-hour call coverage and then they will do follow ups on their patients in the clinic.Details:Inpatient Responsibilities: Rounding on post-op patients, inpatient/ED consults, ORJob Responsibilities: Clinical, Surgical, Trauma/Orthopedic CallTrauma Level: 3Number of Physicians: 4Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 7Supervision of APP expected: YesPhysician Nurse Ratio: 1 nurse/provider, 3 cast techs/7 providersAncillary Staff per Provider: 3 Reception/7 providers, 2 Surgery Schedulers/7 providersNumber of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2 exam rooms and 3 cast roomsMedical Imaging: YesLab & Pharmacy: YesAverage Daily Hospital Practice Census: Mainly consults, current avg hospital daily census 160 pts/dayAppointment Length: 10-30 depending on new consult, recheck, post-op, or procedureDemographics: Hub Hospital, Serve 16 surrounding counties, Population 200,000+EMR: The clinic's EMR is GE Centricity. The hospital's EMR is Epic. (The clinic won't be switching over to Epic until December)Teaching Opportunity: IM and FM residency; PA student rotationServices offered in the practice: Providers are required to be able to perform these services. Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement. Hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgical procedures. Trauma injuries, fracture care, sports medicine, and other disorders.Submission RequirementsBoard Certified - REQUIRED (cannot accept Board Eligible)Clean Malpractice - REQUIREDActive IA License or Active IMLC (please upload LOQ) - REQUIREDMust be available at least 2 weeks per month of coverage- REQUIRED
