Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a specialty in Obstetrics to provide top-notch patient care in our Birth Center. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting labor and delivery functions while ensuring the safety and comfort of mothers and newborns.
Responsibilities Provide care to mothers during labor and delivery Conduct fetal monitoring and assess maternal health status Assist with triage and necessary interventions for mothers and newborns Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current State License as a Registered Nurse Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience in labor and delivery Certifications: Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, NRP Ability to float to Mother/Baby as needed
