As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives and storytelling that strengthen our brand, support business growth, and drive engagement across all service lines.
Position Summary The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, provider engagement, and business growth across The Pharmacy Place's multiple business lines and revenue streams. The role combines strategic planning, digital marketing expertise, content development, analytics, and healthcare compliance knowledge to support business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, strong content creation skills, digital marketing expertise, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry.
The successful candidate will work alongside a collaborative team committed to operational excellence, the highest quality standards, regulatory compliance, and delivering outstanding value and service to patients and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities Develop and lead a comprehensive strategic marketing plan supporting The Pharmacy Place's multiple business lines and revenue streams.
Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and success metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, drive data-driven decision-making, and advance business growth objectives.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize return on investment and support business growth objectives.
Create compelling brand, patient, provider, and business-focused content across digital, print, and multimedia channels.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and optimization.
Develop and execute SEO, AI search optimization (AEO), local search, and content marketing initiatives.
Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to improve performance and conversion rates.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
Manage Google Business Profile and oversee reputation management, including online review strategies.
Develop, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with FDA regulations, pharmaceutical advertising requirements, HIPAA compliance, and other applicable healthcare compliance standards.
Stay informed of evolving healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing regulations and industry best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pharmacy leadership, compliance, sales, and external vendors to achieve strategic business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
3+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience within healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, medical services, or related regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, pharmaceutical advertising requirements, and healthcare compliance standards.
Experience managing websites (e.g., Webflow), social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns, and experience with customer engagement and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io).
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO platforms, and marketing performance reporting tools.
