We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to support the culinary team and guests.

Responsibilities

Cleanliness Champion:

Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

Follow prep lists diligently and set up stations promptly, ensuring everything is prepared for the culinary team.

Sanitize prep areas, wash dishes, and keep critical equipment and utensils clean.

Efficiency Expert:

Recognize when dishes on the line need immediate attention and sanitize them for immediate use.

Maintain organization during service to ensure a smooth flow of dishes and utensils.

Demonstrate teamwork to help keep the kitchen running efficiently.

Dish Pit Pro:

Manage the dish area, keeping it clean, organized, and operating smoothly.

Maintain the dishwashing area by mopping floors, taking out trash, and organizing linen.

Set up and break down the dish machine, maintain chemical levels, and organize clean dishes on racks.

Communicate with staff to prioritize tasks and assist in food preparation for service.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Stand for 8-10 hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Support a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Requirements

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

1-2 years of experience in the food & beverage and/or hospitality industry.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend availability is a must .
