Nurse Practitioner, APRN or Physician Assistant, PA-C. We are rapidly growing our primary care practices throughout the East Florida region. Offices are located in:
Deltona
Port Orange
New Smyrna Beach
Daytona
Ormond Beach
Palm Coast
Responsibilities
Perform physical examinations of patients, assess and treat injuries or illnesses for pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health
Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X‑ray, etc.
Provide independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
Monitor the patient's course of treatment and make appropriate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed
Collaborate with physician supervisor and staff as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff
Display a caring and professional attitude at all times while maintaining personal and professional growth
Knowledge and Skills Required

Demonstrate excellence in patient‑focused medical care and delivery of care
Education and Experience Required
Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant studies
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical practice experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred
Experience treating patients of all ages and a variety of acute & chronic conditions highly preferred
Licensure, Certification, and Registration
Current, valid Florida APRN or PA‑C license
Current, valid DEA license
ANCC, AANP or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
Current BLS required; ACLS preferred
Schedule and Benefits
