Duties Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

Take and defend depositions

Appear in court, hearings, and mediations

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Develop case strategies and provide legal analysis

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff

Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active bar admission in at least one relevant jurisdiction

Strong legal research and writing skills

Interest in civil litigation and insurance defense

Ability to work collaboratively and manage assigned tasks
