Veterinary Client Service Rep

Veterinary Client Service Representative Rochester Community Animal Clinic – Rochester, NY.

Part‑time: 20–30 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays.

Job Duties Communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns.

Utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records.

Processing client payments and invoices.

Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients.

Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies.

Other administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; AAS or higher preferred.

At least 6 months of customer service experience.

Veterinary hospital experience is preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squat, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day.

Compensation Negotiable based on credentials and experience, starting rate ranging from $16–18/hr.
