Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time Location: Greater Las Vegas, NV

Provide Exceptional Care. Dependable Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team in Greater Las Vegas area .

As a Home Health LPN, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care that allows patients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Why Join Dependable Health Services?

  • Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the direction of the Registered Nurse and physician

Perform nursing procedures and treatments in accordance with the patient's plan of care

Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the supervising RN and physician

Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, disease processes, safety, and home care techniques

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team

Current Nevada Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Valid Nevada Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Home Health experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
